Kicking of Business Mums Week on Monday the 4th October was our Warwickshire Business Mums Exhibition.

With over 35 exhibitors including Business Advice with Coventry and Warwickshire Chamber of Commerce and Wallace Stein & Company Ltd it was set to be a great night.

With our Goody Bags stuffed with vouchers, samples and more we set off to get set up. Thanks to the Hilton in Warwick, we had a great room, with a bar open for refreshements and Revel Cakes providing yummy cakes.

We also were pleased to have Hannah and Roger from Myton Hospice along to support us and to raise awareness of the Charity.

At 7pm the doors opened and throughout the night we had a good flurry of people. Everyone was talking and there was a lovely atmosphere. The lottery tickets were selling like hot cakes (maybe because we had a great display of items that could be won!) A big thankyou to Annette Jarvis of Bags of Style for her donation of the gorgeous leather expensive handbag.

At 9pm we called the Raffle out and gave out some great prizes. We are pleased to announce that from the lottery alone we took £104!

It was a great night and I personally want to thank Stacie Calder and Sharon Bott for all there help in the lead up to the event and on the night.

Total monies raised for Myton Hospice was..... (drumroll!) £284 so thankyou everybody for supporting us and a very important local charity.
