My name is Julia Hallewell and I started my business with Forever Living, The Aloe Vera Company, 4 years ago. At the time I was teaching part-time at a local Primary school and I was 6 months pregnant. I wasn't really looking to start anything new but 4 years ago the credit crunch hit and my husband and I found that we couldn't live the life we wanted to. My husband had left the Army and had a really good job but life was just too expensive! I didn't want to teach full-time as I wanted to be there for our 5 year old and also for the new baby when she arrived. It was then that I was introduced to Forever Living and saw that it could possibly be the 'thing' we were looking for. 100_7362

I started with Forever and found I built a great business quickly, helping people with health issues like psoriasis, eczema, IBS, aching joints, tiredness, high blood pressure and much more. It was great being able to help children, adults and even animals using natural products. I was also introducing the business to other people who wanted to earn some extra money - I was really enjoying it and the future looked bright again.

After a few months working with Forever, I was diagnosed with SPD (a pelvic bone disorder) and found myself in a wheelchair as the SPD meant I couldn't walk. Because of the amazing support given by Forever, I knew my business was safe and I was even promoted the same week I gave birth to our beautiful daughter! It took me a few months to recover from the SPD and I found the Forever products really helped with my recovery, especially the Forever Freedom Aloe drink.

I continued to build a great team, which has been lots of fun, and help people with the amazing Aloe products. Two years after starting with Forever I was able to give up teaching altogether and now I can be at home for my children when they need me. I can offer to be the parent helper on the school trips and I haven't missed one sports day or one school play! 426096_382919318393115_1778933925_n

Naturally, I have had to face some challenges, but I’ve had great fun building my business with the support and love from my family, friends and the back-up of an amazing company, Forever Living. My team are an inspiration to me and I love being there to help them achieve all they want to from life, too.

I have been able to visit residential homes with our products and give lovely ladies free hand massages; I have been able to fundraise for many amazing charities too. Building a successful business for myself has enabled me to give back! I now look at the future through very positive eyes and thank my lucky stars every day that someone thought to show me the opportunity to work from home with Forever Living Products.

I am always looking for other like-minded, ethical, positive and self-motivated individuals who would like to earn some extra money from home, helping others to do the same with these amazing natural products. If you would like to find out more about the products or the income opportunity with Forever Living then please call 07525648872 or email me Julia_hallewell@hotmail.com

Thank you. X

One of the key skill requirements of a sole trader is the ability to sell yourself, your service or your product.

I have helped many many sole traders model and understand what is happening for them when they are selling at their best and the one thing that always comes out is they don't sell.

Instead they establish clearly:

•     Who their ideal client is

•     Why that person will benefit from this service or product

•     They tune in and focus on what their existing clients have said about the service/product

•     They make it easy to buy

•     They care enough to ask the potential client what they would like to have happen without fear of rejection

•     They understand that not everyone will love their product/service so a 'no' is simply that and not an acknowledgement that the product or service is not good enough

•     They usually recognise that people are busy and even when they genuinely do want the product or service they get side tracked so it is actually helpful and great customer service to send them a reminder about their interest and ask if they need any further help, opposed to feeling like you are bothering them

Here is an article about when I am selling in a way that feels right I am like a butterfly and another with a self coaching activity you can do yourself to understand when you are selling in a way that feels right and gets results you are like what?
