Running a business and managing the children in the holidays takes a bit of planning and a certain level of routine. I run my own company www.icejewellery.com with my husband. My average day consists of trying to answer an average of 30-50 emails, chase potential recruit enquiries, deal with consultant issues, marketing our businesses, attending events, organizing meeting etc. Added to that, managing 3 year old and 5 year old boys and a bit of housework just for good measure! This year we have decided not to do our normal Business Exhibition we will instead be using the successful Recruitment Fair as part of our Exhibition. http://www.networkingmummies.com/recruitmentfair.html If you are looking to Recruit agents, reps, staff or sell a business/franchise this is a great place to do so. We will also be having 10 exhibitors displaying their business that they started from scratch to show the attendees the variety in flexible family working. I particularly interested in craft and food businesses but if your interested please email me. We are also looking for service providers such as HR, webdesign, accountants etc ... If you are a business looking to Recruit please book here http://www.networkingmummies.com/ourshop/cat_355831-Recruitment-Fair.html If your interested in the displaying your business (not recruiting) please email me as these spaces are limited I'd like a vast variety. Organise your emails/jobs/calls etc into an order of importance. If it makes me money, is a customer service issue or has a deadline then that is important, everything else can wait until the next ‘Working Slot’.
As per usual the Dorset gang will be organising an event for National Business Mums Week.
