'I attended the Fitness Class which is held on a Monday morning from 10am-11am in the Annunciation Church Hall, Charminster Road, Winton. The instructor, Sarah was lovely. I was 5 minutes late but Sarah still managed to explain how the class would run to me whilst counting down to the other members of the group, so they could continue without waiting for me to join in. Sarah had me doing a warm up so I could join in without aching the next day. The first part of the class was circuit type training and the second half focused on the tummy, which is what I wanted, like all mummies! The instructor was very welcoming and is happy for you to take the kids if you need too'

Myself and Joanne finally made it to the BBC just on time for our slot on the Charlie Crocker show on BBC Radio Solent. After taking a few pictures, we were taken through to the studio where we were sat in front of our microphones ready to talk about our 'Mums In Business' event and Networking Mummies. We were both so nervous, but Charlie was so laid back and friendly she made everything easier for us!

We talked about Networking Mummies and what we are about and also managed to plug our forthcoming event on Thursday night aswell as our own businesses.
